Summit-Pro is represented in Prague, Czech Republic by its legal entity:

Payment Terms
Full payment is required within five (5) business days from the registration date and includes lunches, refreshments, and detailed conference materials. Full payment must be received prior to the conference date; otherwise, Summit-Pro reserves the right to deny attendance.

Confirmation Participation will be confirmed after receiving a signed registration form. The delegate will receive an invoice within 24 hours of submitting the signed form.

Venue details will be sent 2–3 weeks prior to the event.

Cancellation Policy

• Substitutions of delegates are allowed at any time with reasonable notice.
• Cancellations 30 days or less before the conference or no-shows: no refund.
• Cancellations 31–60 days prior: 50% refund of participation fee.
• Cancellations more than 61 days prior: 75% refund of participation fee.
• Refunds are processed after the event.

Written notification is required; verbal cancellations are not legally binding.

Force Majeure
Full refunds are possible for sickness, government restrictions, civil unrest, epidemics, natural disasters, visa denial, or other documented extraordinary events.

Summit-Pro reserves the right to change the format, speakers, content, venue, date, or program. In case of rescheduling, delegates will receive a credit note for 100% of the fee. No alternative refunds or offers will be made.

All intellectual property rights in materials produced or distributed by Summit-Pro are reserved. Unauthorized duplication, publication, or distribution is prohibited.
Data Privacy and ProtectionBy registering, delegates consent that the data provided is accurate and may be used confidentially by Summit-Pro. Data will not be sold or shared with third parties.
Summit-Pro complies with EU Regulation 2016/679 (GDPR).

Delegates may receive updates about future events and relevant content unless they opt out during registration. To unsubscribe, email: info@summit-pro.eu

Force Majeure Summit-Pro is not liable for extraordinary circumstances, such as natural disasters, war, floods, or extreme weather, which may prevent the event from taking place as planned.
Summit-Pro may substitute speakers or modify the agenda without liability.
